Just how good are those Radiocarbon dates? When reporting an exciting archaeological discovery, popular science magazines tell the reader, for example, that some man-made artifact is 40,000 years old. A few years ago it was common to find tolerance figures such as plus or minus 1500 years attached to these ages. These tolerance figures effectively leave an impression of objective precision in the mind of the reader. Those tolerance figures are seldom used today.
False
Today’s Creation Moment
It is a common perception that scientists are totally objective and impartial in their search for the truth. If a scientist says so, it must be true! Even among themselves leaders of their field are jokingly referred to as the “high priests of science.”

Did you know that according to one standard method of dating, the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. was built before the time of Christ?
2 John 1:1 – Biblical Consistency and the Believer’s Treatment of False Teachers
If Christians are to be kind and loving to everyone (Luke 10:29-37), some question why 2 John 10-11 teaches, “If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine (‘the doctrine of Christ’—vs. 9), do not receive him into your house nor greet him; for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds.”1 Also, why did Paul instruct Timothy to “shun profane and idle babblings” (2 Timothy 2:16; 1 Timothy 6:20-21)? Are Christians to shun those with whom we disagree, and even go so far as not to greet them or allow them into our homes?
2 Peter 2:1 – Do false teachers lose their salvation?
Problem: Peter writes that these false teachers will undergo judgment, because they denied “the Master who bought them” (2 Pet. 2:1). How can it be possible that these men are “bought” by Christ, and yet, they are judged as the rest of the passage teaches (v.9, 17, 20-21)?

Why Is the Book of Enoch Not Part of the Bible?
The Book of Enoch is an ancient Hebrew apocalyptic religious text and contains stories of the origins of the demons and Nephilim. Some of the stories have influenced certain theological ideas (such as those about angels and demons, specifically the Watchers) and are consistent with the references made in Genesis 6:1-2 regarding the fall of the sons of God.
Eph 5:22 – Is Ephesians 5:22 A Reason to Reject the God of the Bible?
According to The Telegraph of London, one of the “top 10 worst Bible passages” is Ephesians 5:22, in which Paul taught, “Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord.”1 In his book God: The Most Unpleasant Character in All Fiction, Dan Baker titled chapter nine simply “Misogynistic.” Barker alleged: “Women are second-class. Because of Eve’s insubordination, she was forced to become dependent on man. From then on, all women are inferior, so the bible says.”2
Rome Woos Evangelicals
Rome has always pushed for ecumenical unity, but in recent years the effort has intensified. The Vatican—and even the White House—are speaking in ways that make many evangelicals say, “Maybe the Catholic Church isn’t so different after all.”
American Churches ? Entertaining or Truth
I almost stopped first at a larger church only a block from away from the little church I visited. The large brick church had a parking lot fairly full of cars and several people were going in as I drove by. I can?t say what made me keep driving but only a block away was a little white church with two people sitting on the front steps. As I slowed down to look at the church the two people waved to me and smiled. They beckoned for me to come in. I did.
