In this deeply personal testimony, I share what happened when I came off a medication in 2017 and experienced what I later understood as protracted antidepressant withdrawal. I had no idea that withdrawal symptoms could continue long after the medication had left my system. What followed was one of the most terrifying periods of my life, involving: Severe anxiety and panic attacks Extreme insomnia Feeling like my brain was no longer under my control Believing that my body was shutting down Hospital and ambulance visits Fear of dying Fear of losing control of my mind Feeling trapped in bed and unable to function The emotional and relational impact of prolonged illness Holding on to Christ when I felt completely hopeless I share this story because there are people going through similar experiences who may feel completely alone and may not understand what is happening to them. This is my personal experience, not medical advice. If you are considering stopping or reducing medication, speak with a qualified medical professional and seek appropriate support. Do not stop medication suddenly without medical guidance. Even in the darkest moments, God was faithful. She Found Jesus in a PSYCH Ward... | Christian Testimony What happens when a life consumed by drug addiction, mental health struggles, atheism, and sin reaches its lowest point? In this powerful Christian testimony, Ang shares how she encountered God while in a psych ward and how Jesus Christ completely transformed her life. After becoming addicted to drugs at a young age, struggling with depression and anxiety, and eventually experiencing a severe mental health crisis, Ang found herself in a psychiatric ward. She had rejected Christianity and even hated the name of Jesus. But while in the psych ward, something changed. She picked up a Bible, was drawn to the book of Romans, and began to understand the gospel and her need for Christ. What happened exactly one year after Charlie Kirk's death? One year ago, the world was shocked by the death of Charlie Kirk. Today, exactly one year later, I want to reflect on what has happened since then, Charlie Kirk's faith in Jesus Christ, the reality of death, and the importance of making the most of the time God has given us. Charlie Kirk was known as a conservative political commentator and free-speech advocate, but he was also a professing Christian who openly spoke about Jesus Christ and the Gospel. His death is a sobering reminder that none of us knows how much time we have. Scripture tells us that we will all eventually face death, and that our greatest concern should not simply be what we accomplish in this life, but what we have done with Jesus Christ.
