I’ll be honest: this video almost didn't happen. From the time I sat at my desk planning the idea and considering what it would mean for me, to wondering during the shooting if I should just delete the footage and stick to the "polished" content you’re used to seeing. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized that if I’m going to talk about Faith and Photos, I have to be willing to show you the "RAW" side of both. Our week in the Ozarks pushed me. I held my new granddaughter, Maggie, for the first time and felt the weight of legacy. I also struggled through technical "operator errors" that left me feeling like a novice again. When the crowd at Pentecost realized the weight of their sin, they asked one question: "What shall we do?" Peter’s answer wasn't a suggestion—it was an urgent command. In this episode of Truth in Focus, we dive into the beginning of Acts 2 to witness the arrival of the Holy Spirit (the Paraclete) and the radical transformation of the Apostle Peter. Only weeks after denying Jesus, Peter stands empowered by the Spirit to deliver a sermon that "cuts to the heart" of the nation. We’re taking a closer look at the aorist imperative in Acts 2:38. Is the Resurrection of Jesus Christ a matter of blind faith, or is there tactical evidence that proves it as a historical certainty? In this session from the studio, I am breaking down the Resurrection of Jesus Christ as the ultimate litmus test for the Christian faith. Drawing on my background in law enforcement, we are examining the Roman custodia (the elite guard) and the official Imperial seal that were intended to keep the body of Jesus in the grave.
