- Why Judge Not Doesn't Mean What You Thinkby Faith and Photos on May 15, 2026 at 10:00 am
"Judge not, that you be not judged." It's the most quoted verse in the world — and the most misused. In this study of Matthew 7:1-5, we unpack what Jesus actually meant when He said "judge not" — and why it's become the ultimate shield for avoiding accountability. The text teaches three requirements for right judgment: ⚖️ The Right Perspective — Self-examination must come first (the log vs. the speck) 📖 The Right Standard — Judgment must be rooted in God's Word, not personal opinion ❤️ The Right Motive — The goal is restoration, never superiority Knowing how to judge rightly isn't optional for the believer — it's how we identify false teachers, protect the church, and love one another well. 📖 Key Scriptures: Matthew 7:1-5 | 1 Timothy 3:16 Part of the Truth in Focus Bible study series — new episodes weekly. 🔔 Subscribe and hit the bell so you never miss one. 💬 Question for the comments: Have you ever had someone use "judge not" to shut down a biblical conversation? An 1873 Bible. A handwritten inscription. A message about marriage that's still true 150 years later.Inside a small Bible from the 1800s — bought as a gift for an "affectionate friend" — is a message that perfectly illustrates what Amos 3:3 teaches about walking together in agreement. In this study, we look at three things every relationship must have to work — whether it's your marriage, your friendships, or your walk with God:✅ A shared vision — deep relationships require intentional unity. ✅ A spiritual foundation — 2 Corinthians 6:14 and the importance of being equally yoked ✅ A commitment to reconciliation — Colossians 3:13 and the daily choice to forgiveThe hidden inscription in this piece of Bible history ties it all together in a way I didn't plan — but God clearly did. 📖 Key Scriptures: Amos 3:3 | 2 Corinthians 6:14 | Colossians 3:13 Part of our ongoing Truth in Focus Bible study series — new episodes weekly. 🔔 Subscribe and hit the bell so you never miss one. 💬 Drop a comment — have you ever found an old Bible with an inscription? - Raw and Unscripted: And Almost Deletedby Faith and Photos on May 2, 2026 at 11:22 pm
I’ll be honest: this video almost didn't happen. From the time I sat at my desk planning the idea and considering what it would mean for me, to wondering during the shooting if I should just delete the footage and stick to the "polished" content you’re used to seeing. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized that if I’m going to talk about Faith and Photos, I have to be willing to show you the "RAW" side of both. Our week in the Ozarks pushed me. I held my new granddaughter, Maggie, for the first time and felt the weight of legacy. I also struggled through technical "operator errors" that left me feeling like a novice again. I felt the urge to hide the mistakes, but grace doesn't require us to be perfect, it just requires us to be present. • Why the "unscripted" approach is so much harder than a script for me • The reality of "gear overload" and pre-interview nerves. • Granddad thoughts with Baby Maggie’s birth • Sneek peeks of four other new videos that I started shooting while in Missouri In our Christian walk, we know that our weaknesses are where God’s strength is best displayed (2 Corinthians 12:9). If I only show you the perfect shots and the clean edits, I’m not telling the whole story of how God works through our "anxious toil." If you’ve ever felt like a failure because things didn't go "as planned, with no difficulties," this video is for you. Thank you for letting me be open with you in this video. #FaithAndPhotos #TheOzarks #ChristianCreator #Authenticity #Grandparenting #creatorstruggles 💛 Want to support this channel? - Why the Bible is Enoughby Faith and Photos on May 1, 2026 at 10:00 am
Is the Bible enough for the modern Christian? In this episode of Truth in Focus, we are tackling a subtle but dangerous shift entering our circles: an attack on the sufficiency of Scripture. From "Christian-esque" TED talks to extra-biblical psycho-babble, many are moving away from the "God-breathed" Word and toward human opinion. This morning, we are hardwiring our time into 2 Timothy 3:16-17 to see why the Bible is the only standard that can truly make us complete. We break down the four serious ways that Scripture is profitable for us: Teaching: Establishing the foundation of truth. Reproof: Showing us what is not right (even when society says it is). Correction: Showing us how to get back on the right path. Training in Righteousness: Instructions for staying on that path. Regardless of modern cultural pressures or the minimization of the Bible's importance, we must stand on the Truth. If the Word makes us "equipped for every good work," then it is 100% sufficient for our lives today. #sufficiencyofscripture #truthinfocus #biblicaltruth #soundpreaching #solascriptura 💛 Want to support this channel? - Peter's Urgent Command: Repent! #biblicalgreek #exegesis #TruthInFocus #BibleStudyby Faith and Photos on April 28, 2026 at 4:41 pm
What does it mean when the Bible commands us to repent "now"? In the Greek, the aorist imperative in Acts 2:38 signals an urgent, decisive action. It’s not a suggestion; it’s a command for immediate change. #BiblicalGreek #Repentance #Exegesis #TruthInFocus #BibleStudy

Peter didn't just say "Repent," his answer to their question was "Repent, do it now!" In biblical hermaneutics, his words are an aoris imperative. In this video, I will explain that!
- Do It NOW! The Command That Changes Everythingby Faith and Photos on April 24, 2026 at 11:25 am
When the crowd at Pentecost realized the weight of their sin, they asked one question: "What shall we do?" Peter’s answer wasn't a suggestion—it was an urgent command. In this episode of Truth in Focus, we dive into the beginning of Acts 2 to witness the arrival of the Holy Spirit (the Paraclete) and the radical transformation of the Apostle Peter. Only weeks after denying Jesus, Peter stands empowered by the Spirit to deliver a sermon that "cuts to the heart" of the nation. We’re taking a closer look at the aorist imperative in Acts 2:38. Why does the Greek language demand an immediate response? Whether you are hearing the Gospel for the first time or you are a believer undergoing the process of sanctification, the call to repent is the most urgent word you will hear today. Acts 2:1–41 (ESV) Acts 2:38 (ESV) - "And Peter said to them, 'Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.'" I want to hear from you! How is the Spirit convicting or encouraging you through this text? Drop a comment below—I read and respond to as many as I can. Stay grounded in the Word. - The Roman Guard Failed to Stop What Happenedby Faith and Photos on April 3, 2026 at 10:30 pm
Is the Resurrection of Jesus Christ a matter of blind faith, or is there tactical evidence that proves it as a historical certainty? In this session from the studio, I am breaking down the Resurrection of Jesus Christ as the ultimate litmus test for the Christian faith. Drawing on my background in law enforcement, we are examining the Roman custodia (the elite guard) and the official Imperial seal that were intended to keep the body of Jesus in the grave. We will also explore why the empty tomb is a non-negotiable doctrine. If Christ has not been raised, our faith is futile (1 Corinthians 15:17). But as the evidence shows, man’s strategy, spears, seals, and soldiers, are nothing against God’s sovereign decree. In this video, we discuss: The "Tactical" reality of the Roman Guard (Matthew 27:62-66). Why the Resurrection is the "Receipt" for our Justification. Why a "stolen body" theory fails every professional security test. The "Soli Deo Gloria" of the empty tomb. Scripture Reference (ESV): "And if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain and your faith is in vain... And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile and you are still in your sins." — 1 Corinthians 15:14, 17 #FaithAndPhotos #Resurrection #Apologetics #RomanGuard #EmptyTomb #SoliDeoGloria #christianityfocus ____________________________________ 💛 Want to support this channel? - I asked Jehovah's Witnesses One Question #biblicalteaching #biblicaltruth #eschatologyby Faith and Photos on March 11, 2026 at 11:00 am
What happens when Jehovah’s Witnesses come to the door and you ask a simple question about the 144,000? In this video, I share a real conversation I had and explain why their answer immediately raised a serious concern for me. According to Scripture, the believer’s hope is not separation from Christ, but to be with Him. That is the glory of heaven. That is the promise Jesus gave. To suggest the possibility of heaven without Him is a DEAL BREAKER for me. We look at key Bible passages including John 14:1–3, Philippians 3:20, Colossians 3:4, and 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17 to examine whether the idea of only 144,000 being with Christ in heaven matches the clear teaching of Scripture. This is not about being hateful or mocking anyone. It is about biblical truth, the hope of the gospel, and the promise that believers will be with their Savior forever. If you’ve ever wondered what Jehovah’s Witnesses believe about heaven, the 144,000, and the new earth, this video will help you think through it biblically.
