Is the Resurrection of Jesus Christ a matter of blind faith, or is there tactical evidence that proves it as a historical certainty? In this session from the studio, I am breaking down the Resurrection of Jesus Christ as the ultimate litmus test for the Christian faith. Drawing on my background in law enforcement, we are examining the Roman custodia (the elite guard) and the official Imperial seal that were intended to keep the body of Jesus in the grave. We will also explore why the empty tomb is a non-negotiable doctrine. If Christ has not been raised, our faith is futile (1 Corinthians 15:17). But as the evidence shows, man’s strategy, spears, seals, and soldiers, are nothing against God’s sovereign decree. What happens when Jehovah’s Witnesses come to the door and you ask a simple question about the 144,000? In this video, I share a real conversation I had and explain why their answer immediately raised a serious concern for me. According to Scripture, the believer’s hope is not separation from Christ, but to be with Him. That is the glory of heaven. That is the promise Jesus gave. I believe God heals, and I believe Christians should pray for the sick. But bold claims about instant healing, miracle formulas, and guaranteed results must be tested carefully by Scripture. We walk through key biblical passages like 1 John 4:1, 2 Timothy 4:20, 2 Corinthians 12:9, and James 5:14–15 to ask an important question: does the Bible teach a repeatable healing formula, or are these modern claims going beyond what is written? Jonah didn’t face a random storm, he faced a storm sent by God. While running from God’s calling, Jonah found himself in chaos, fear, and uncertainty. But the storm wasn’t meant to destroy him, it was meant to redirect him. In His mercy, God pursued Jonah through discipline, using the storm to bring him back into obedience and ultimately into God’s purpose. Sometimes the storms in our lives aren’t signs that God has abandoned us. They may be evidence that He is lovingly calling us back to Himself. Is it wrong for a Christian to celebrate Mardi Gras? Here in South Louisiana, that’s almost an unthinkable question. But as believers, we should be willing to examine every part of our lives, including how we celebrate. In this episode of Faith and Photos, I share a personal (and possibly unpopular) perspective on Mardi Gras, Lent, heavy drinking culture, and what Scripture teaches about living consistently for Christ. This isn’t about attacking people. It’s about asking deeper questions: What does grace really mean? Is repentance seasonal? Should Christians live differently during Lent than the rest of the year?
