  • Part 2 | La Luz Del Mundo: Investigating the Apostles of Darkness
by Cultish on February 25, 2026 at 1:00 am

In Part 2 of this deep-dive investigation, Jeremiah Roberts and Andrew “Super Sleuth” Soncrant continue their examination of La Luz del Mundo (“Light of the World”) by moving beyond history into the movement’s theology and Christology. Joined again by researcher and author Luis Carlos Reyes @Mopar440HP team unpacks the doctrinal framework that sustains one of the largest and most controversial apostle-centered movements in the world. This episode carefully analyzes La Luz del Mundo’s rejection of historic Trinitarianism, its Oneness-influenced understanding of God, and its redefinition of the person and work of Jesus Christ. What does LLDM actually teach about the incarnation? How do they interpret the Son of God? And how does their theology position the “living apostle” as the necessary mediator of salvation in the present age? The discussion exposes how LLDM’s doctrine of “election” reshapes the Gospel itself—placing apostolic authority functionally above Scripture and reframing salvation as loyalty to a man rather than faith in Christ alone. Jeremiah, Andrew, and Luis contrast these teachings with historic Christian orthodoxy, highlighting the theological fault lines that separate LLDM from biblical Christianity. • La Luz Del Mundo: Investigating the Apostles of Darkness
by Cultish on February 18, 2026 at 1:00 am

In this episode, Jeremiah Roberts and Andrew “Super Sleuth” Soncrant kick off a two-part investigation into La Luz del Mundo (“Light of the World”)—one of the largest, most influential high-control religious movements most English audiences have barely heard of. Joined by researcher and author Luis Carlos Reyes @Mopar440HP the team traces La Luz del Mundo’s roots through early Oneness Pentecostal streams, prophetic offshoots, and the formation of its apostle-centered system—where loyalty to a “living apostle” becomes the gate to salvation. Luis shares firsthand experiences from inside the movement’s stronghold, explains how authority is enforced through control and intimidation, and unpacks the doctrine of “election” that elevates the apostle above Scripture and beyond accountability. Along the way, they explore the movement’s communal structure, alleged corruption, and the chilling psychological grip that keeps members trapped—often even in the face of abuse. • Will AI Takeover Religion?
by Cultish on January 30, 2026 at 12:00 am

Is AI just a tool… or is it being positioned as something more? At the World Economic Forum, global leaders, technocrats, and intellectual elites gather to shape the future of law, morality, and society. In a recent discussion, ideas were put forward suggesting that anything made of words—laws, ethics, even religion—can be overtaken by Artificial Intelligence. But what worldview is driving these claims? In this episode, we examine the ideas of Yuval Noah Harari, bestselling author and prominent voice at the WEF, whose atheistic and materialist framework views morality, law, and religion as human-created fictions. From that perspective, AI becomes the natural successor—an authority capable of generating ethics, governing laws, and even interpreting religion. Yet Scripture tells a very different story. Laws are not merely words on a page—they reflect the character of the Lawgiver. Truth is not determined by societal consensus. And the Word of God is not data to be computed, but God-breathed revelation (2 Timothy 3:16). In light of Psalm 2, we ask whether modern global institutions are doing exactly what Scripture warned us about: “The kings of the earth take counsel together… saying, ‘Let us burst their bonds apart and cast away their cords from us.’” Can AI replace morality? Can AI interpret Scripture? Can AI become a substitute for God? Or are we witnessing humanity doing what it has always done—rejecting the Creator and bowing to an idol crafted by its own hands? This episode contrasts AI as a useful tool with the dangerous idea of AI as moral or spiritual authority, and ultimately points to the unshakable truth that Jesus Christ is King, His Word endures forever, and all things—including AI—are being placed under His feet. • When a Mormon Tells You They Are Christian—Show Them This!
by Cultish on January 15, 2026 at 11:00 pm

What did Joseph Smith believe he was called to reveal about God? In this episode, The Super Sleuth takes a careful look at the King Follett Discourse, one of Joseph Smith’s most significant sermons. We examine Joseph Smith’s own words and the historical record to understand his claim that he was inspired by the Holy Spirit to bring forth new revelation about God. What exactly was being taught in the King Follett Discourse? What does it mean when new revelation is said to clarify—or surpass—what came before? This is not an attack, but an invitation to examine the sources, think critically, and ask honest questions. Whether you are LDS, former LDS, or simply curious, this discussion is meant to encourage careful reflection and open dialogue. We invite you to watch, consider the evidence.
