Actually, the passage is speaking of the fall of Babylon (v. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?version=NKJV&amp;search=Is21.9\">9<\/a>) and the news of its fall that spread by various means, namely, those riding on horses, donkeys, and camels.
